Analytics: WhatsApp messages

To find WhatsApp messages analytics page, you must switch to the correct tab while you are in analytics.

You can filter the results by the date range (maximum past 90 days).

 Right below these filters you will find a set of metrics regarding your WhatsApp messages:

• Sent messages (the number of sent WhatsApp messages in the selected date range),
• Link redirects (the number of link redirects in the selected date range),
• Total reactions (the total number of reactions in the selected date range),
• Engagement daily (chart presenting daily redirects and reactions).
